How does KindyNow's pricing work?
When a family makes a casual, extra day booking with the KindyNow App, KindyNow will then charge your childcare centre a fee. The amount of the fee depends on the session type of the booking. Our rates our described on our pricing page.
Does KindyNow offer a free trial?
Yes. Every childcare operator can do a 30 day free trial of the KindyNow technology. Once the 30 day free trial is finished there is no obligation to continue to use the KindyNow technology.
How does KindyNow's billing work?
An invoice is issued on the first business day of each month for the bookings made with the KindyNow App in the prior month. Payment can then be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) or direct debit.
Are there any setup costs?
There are no setup costs for childcare operators operating less than 10 services. For medium and large childcare operators who operate 10 or more services an establishment fee may apply and will be agreed prior to setup.
Is there a minimum monthly subscription?
No. There is no monthly subscription with KindyNow. If there are no bookings made with the KindyNow App during a month, then there is no fee owing to KindyNow that month.
Is it easy to cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock in contracts and you may cancel at anytime. Once you notify us that you would like to cease using the KindyNow technology we will disable this for your service within 24 business hours.
